I'm kind of obsessed with it and it's my favorite meal of the day. No lies. Another delicious, healthy, quick breakfast is to make overnight steel-cut oats (http://christinasadventures.com/2014/01/overnight-steel-cut-oats.html)! They are super easy and make breakfast the next morning so convenient. I also have done it where I cook the steel-cut oats for 5 minutes at a boil, pour the mixture into glass jars, cover, and let it sit overnight.
